**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 26.02.2021 whereby respondent No.2 has reduced the basic salary of the petitioner w.e.f. 27.07.2018. As a consequence of the aforesaid order, deductions have been made in the salary of the petitioner w.e.f. 27.07.2018. Petitioner has already represented before the respondent No.2 by way of representation dated 24.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case her representation dated 24.08.2022 is directed to be decided by JYOTI SHARMA 2022.11.14 17:48 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment

CWP No. 25557 of 2022 -2the competent authority/ respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of serving upon respondents No.2 and 3 as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
