**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to look into the matter related to FIR No.590, dated 31.07.2023 registered under Sections 323, 34 and 506 IPC at P.S. Suraj Kund, District Faridabad at the instance of petitioner. No one has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioner. The position remained the same on the last date as well. Learned state counsel informs that cancellation report in the present FIR was prepared on 22.11.2023 and the same is pending consideration with the officials and it shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned State counsel besides, the petitioner apparently being not interested in pursuing the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to file final report before the Illaqa Magistrate within four weeks from today. Considering the fact that FIR was registered in July, 2023 and cancellation report was prepared in November 2023, the same is TEJWINDER SINGH 2024.02.

2024:PHHC:023355 -2CRM-M-50587-2023 pending with the officials for the past three months, the respondents are saddled with the costs of Rs.10,000/- which is to be paid to the petitioner.

The aforesaid costs shall be deposited by the officer concerned at whose instance, the delay occurred in presentation of the final report.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
