This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under section 13 of the Act from the court at Bhiwani to Rewari. It is urged before the court that certain proceedings are already pending in the courts at Rewari. Petitioner is a woman and is unemployed. It would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings at Bhiwani. Respondent remain unrepresented today. No reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent despite opportunity. Keeping in view aforesaid contentions, facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under section 13 of the Act be transferred from Bhiwani to a court of coordinate jurisdiction at Rewari.
