RSA-758-2015 (O&M)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH RSA-758-2015 (O&M) Date of Decision: November 07, 2019 Baisakhi Ram ...Appellant
Versus
Vijay Kumar and another
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN PALLI, JUDGE.
Present:
None for the appellant.
Mr. R.K. Bansal, Advocate, for respondent No. 1. Mr. Amit Gupta, Advocate, for respondent No. 2. ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Records show none had appeared on behalf of the appellant even on 04.01.2017, and so is the position even today. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that as the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved and nothing survives in the present appeal, perhaps that is the reason there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, it is submitted that the appeal be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In the wake of the above, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous. However, if any dispute, cause of action or interest still survives, the appellant shall be at liberty to move an application for restoration of the appeal, and its decision on merits.
