Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act from Faridabad to Bhiwani. It has been urged before this court that petitioner has no source of income. She is dependant upon her widow mother. Distance between Faridabad and Bhiwani is almost 150 Kms. It would be difficult for her to effectively defend her case at Faridabad.

Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the proceedings under Section 9 of the Act pending at Faridabad be transferred to the court of coordinate jurisdiction at Bhiwani. Allowed in above terms.
