(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Patiala to Karnal. It is urged before the court that the applicant has financial constraints and a six months old daughter to look after. Thus, it would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Patiala. Respondent has appeared in person.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Patiala be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Karnal. The petition is allowed in these terms.
