NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this revision petition is to set aside the order dated 26.10.2018, vide which defence of the petitioner-defendant was struck off for non-filing of the written statement and the order dated 04.10.2019 whereby the application for grant of opportunity to file written statement was also dismissed.

Without going into the merit of the case and in the interest of justice, the present revision petition is allowed and the orders dated 26.10.2018 and 04.10.2019 are set aside with a liberty to file the written statement within two weeks from today subject to payment of `25,000/- costs, to be paid to the respondent-plaintiff.
