FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections 30.7.2022 Saraba Nagar, Ludhiana, 307, 323, 325, 342, 148, 149, 201 District Ludhiana IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 Arms Act The petitioners, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, have come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved person(s). 2.
The accused and the aggrieved persons have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition as Annexure P-2. 3.
After that, the petitioners came up before this Court to quash the FIR, impleading the aggrieved person/complainant as respondent no.2. 4.
On 16.01.2023, the complainant/aggrieved persons appeared before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana and stated that there would be no objection if the court quashes this FIR and consequent proceedings. As per report received from the trial ASHWANI KUMAR 2023.03.13 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-53393-2022 Court, learned Magistrate has submitted that as per the Investigating Officer, Parvesh Arora son of Charan Dass and Ayush Jain son of Adish Jain are also victims/aggrieved persons in the present case, but they have not appeared before the undersigned to record their statements.

Since all the aggrieved persons have not come forward to record their statements in support of the compromise, as such this court cannot proceed further in the matter. 6.
Given above, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file a fresh petition and there would be no necessity re-examine the aggrieved persons(s) and the accused persons(s), whose statements stand recorded. The copies of the statements along with report would suffice. Petition dismissed in the terms mentioned above, with liberty reserved.
