The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.314, dated 16.11.2022, registered under Section 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, at Police Station DLF PH-3rd, District Gurugram.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
