ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant contends that Dalip Singh, sole appellant, had since passed away in the year 2017, during the pendency of the appeal. And even one of his sons had also died. It is submitted that neither any other heir of Dalip Singh nor anyone on his behalf has contacted his office, and in the given circumstances it is not viable to pursue the matter further.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
