Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the present petition transfer order impugned in the present writ petition dated 31st October, 2022 stands annulled vide order dated 3rd of March, 2023. Resultantly, the present writ petitioner has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
