This regular second appeal has been filed by Jatinder Kumar and others-appellants/defendants against Smt. Kulwant Kaur and others LRs of Sanjiv Kumar (since deceased)-respondents/plaintiffs challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 17.5.2013 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, vide which the appeal filed by the defendants No.2 and 3 against the impugned judgment and decree dated 20.9.2006 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khanna, decreeing the suit of the plaintiffs, has been dismissed. R.S.A. No.376 of 2014 (O&M) [2] The learned counsel for the parties have submitted before this Court that as per settlement/agreement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centres of this Court, this appeal may be disposed of. The learned counsel for the parties admitted the settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre as correct.

In view of the settlement before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 20.5.2015, this appeal is disposed of accordingly as per the settlement as the matter has been compromised. The judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below for specific performance are set aside accordingly in terms of the compromise. This appeal is accordingly disposed of.

The parties to the settlement shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.
