(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.0039 dated 10.06.2024 under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) at Women Police Station, Sirsa, District Sirsa and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on merits. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
