Ashok Kumar Gaur" pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram in defence and in this regard, he will move an application. No comments on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner are required to be made as it will be for trial Court to see such application, if filed, to pass order on it in accordance with law.
