(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.6 and 7 not to discharge the dirty water in the open/on the road with further direction to the said respondents to discharge the dirty water of the village in the sewerage already installed in the village. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedies as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
