The limited prayer for which the petitioners have come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., with a prayer for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 3 to conduct fair investigation on the complaint of the petitioners and to register cross case in FIR captioned.

Counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime submits that for the time being, he would be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days and the same be decided by an Officer of rank not lesser than of PPS under the supervision of an IPS rank Officer and that too within a reasonable time frame. 3.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. The nature of order this court proposes to pass is such that no response is required from the respondent.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days, if such representation is made, in that case, he/she shall decide the same within two months either by himself/herself or by delegating the same to an Officer not below the rank of PPS/DySP within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of such Sonia Puri 2024.09.24 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
