(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Narnaul to Gurgaon. It is urged before the court that certain litigation is already pending at Gurgaon. Besides, the distance between the two places is about 115 Kms. The applicant has financial constraints and, thus, it would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Narnaul. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 9 of the Act at Narnaul be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Gurgaon. The petition is allowed in these terms.
