1. The present petition has been filed for directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to issue appointment/rejoining/adjustment letter on the post of Staff Nurse (being COVID-Warriors).

2. Learned counsel would contend that the petitioners have been working as Staff Nurse through outsourcing in the Chaudhary Devi Lal Sanjivni Hospital, Hisar and Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Medical College, Nalhar in peak COVID, experience certificate thereof have been attached as Annexures P-1 to P9. They have also enrolled on the portal of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited, however, though 74 similarly situated temporary COVID (HR) Warriors, have been adjusted and deployed, vide order dated 09.11.2023, Annexure P-15, yet petitioners have been left out. Representations have been submitted addressed to the Director General, Health Services, Haryana. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioners submits that the appropriate representations giving the registration numbers of HKRNL and other required details, shall be submitted to respondent Nos.3 and 4, National Health Mission, Haryana and MOHIT 2024.09.23 17:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioners submit a representation within a period of 3 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of 4 months thereafter, in accordance with lawUpon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon
