The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of alleged detenue namely Shaheena, who has been allegedly detained by respondents No.4 and 5. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court, alleged detenue namely Shaheena has been produced before the Court and she submits that she is aged about 22 years old and a graduate. She is working in some private company and is staying independently. 3.

In view of the statement made by the alleged detenue namely Shaheena, no further orders are required and the present petition is ordered to be disposed off.

Since the alleged detenue is a major, she is permitted to go to a place of her own choice.
