...Respondent(s)
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA
Present:
Mr. Vivek Khatri, Advocate, for the applicant. Respondent-Parmod in person.
**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Bhiwani to Hisar. Panchkula. It is urged before the court that certain litigation is already pending at Hisar. Applicant has a minor child to look after and has financial constraints. Thus, it would be difficult for her to defend the proceedings pending at Bhiwani.
Respondent has appeared in person.
Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 9 of the Act at Bhiwani be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Hisar. The petition is allowed in these terms.
