Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to declare the petitioner's result for the post of TGT (Arts) in response to advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 18.09.2024, petitioner's result has been produced, which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows he has secured more than the cut off marks in the UR category, and has been selected in category no.5 for the post of TGT Arts (ROH).

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend the petitioner, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT Arts (ROH) as per merit, subject to fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.30 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
