(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband under Sections 11 and 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') from the court at Kurukshetra to Kaithal. It is urged before the court that certain litigation is already pending at Kaithal. Besides, the applicant has old aged parents. Thus, it would be difficult for the applicant-wife to defend the proceedings at Kaithal.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Sections 11 and 12 of the Act pending at Kurukshetra be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Kaithal. The petition is allowed in these terms.
