This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under section 13 of the Act from the court at Hisar to Rohtak. It is urged before the court that petitioner is dependent on her parents and has one minor child to look after. Due to financial constraints, she has not been able to defend the case at Hisar. Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act at Hisar be transferred to a court of coordinate jurisdiction at Rohtak.
