None *** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking quashing of impugned order of even dated i.e 31.10.2022 (P-1 to P-21) vide which they have been appointed as Presiding Officials in the Panchayat Elections to be held on 09.11.2022 and 12.11.2022.

At the very outset, Mr. Sanjay Chopra (Jr. Programmer), o/o Deputy Commissioner, Ambala is present in the Court and has informed the Court that the impugned order of even dated i.e 31.10.2022 (P-1 to P-21) have been withdrawn.

This fact is not being disputed by some of the petitioners who are present in the Court. However, they stated that earlier also they have been put on duty and they had to approach this Court by filing CWP No 11374-2019, which was decided on 10.05.2019. In this case as well, the impugned orders were withdrawn.

In view of the above factual position, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.

However, a direction is given to respondent No. 2 not to repeat this mistake in the near future, otherwise heavy cost will be imposed.
