Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act from Ludhiana to Jalandhar. It has been urged before this court that certain litigation is already pending at Jalandhar. Petitioner has no source of income and has 10 months old child to look after. Respondent remains unrepresented despite service. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the proceedings under Section 9 of the Act pending at Ludhiana be transferred to the court of coordinate jurisdiction at Jalandhar.

Allowed in above terms.
