Vide order dated 11.12.2023, the parties had been relegated to the mediation and it has been reported that the matter has been settled between them qua which an agreement dated 15.01.2024 has been executed. A copy of the same is taken on record. All the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms and conditions therein and shall not violate the same.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the competent-authorities of the State shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
