Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner intends to file an application for obtaining of Succession Certificate and also file similar application, as filed in the present case for operating the locker of his parents, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the instant revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
