Even, on cross-checking of the status of the case from the District Court website, the divorce petition which is sought to be transferred has been dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the status aforesaid, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
