AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioners also on the post of TGT Physical Education alongwith other similarly situated PTI Teachers.

On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to consider and decide representations dated 04.09.2019 (Annexures P-14 & P-15) within some specified time. CWP No.30193 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representations dated 04.09.2019 (Annexures P-14 & P-15) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, representations are not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioners.
