After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is intend to approach the higher authorities against the impugned order dated 04.07.2023 (Annexure P-11) so as to convince them that the petitioner being the mother of the unmarried deceased employee, she is entitled for the pension in the facts and circumstances of the present case as 2016 Rules will not be applicable keeping in view the fact that death of the employee concerned was in the year 2007. 2.
