This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in CWP-35266-2024. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Babaljit Kaur, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Amargarh, District Malerkotla alongwith a speaking order dated 26.08.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
