(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') from the court at Sirsa to Gurgaon. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has sought instructions from the respondent, who is present in court. He submits that that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Thus, petition preferred by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Act shall be withdrawn from the civil court at Sirsa.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
