(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.87 dated 23.04.2019, registered under Sections 363, 366-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') (Section 376 of IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 were added later on) at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Annexure P-1 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 27.09.2019, Annexure P-2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition.
