The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to the respondents to renew/extend their service tenure for the session 20242025. 2.

Mr. Arora submits that the petitioners were working with respondent No.2 as Guest Faculty/Lecturer. Their service tenure for the session 2024-2025 has not been extended though it has been extended qua four similarly situated employees. They have filed representation dated 15.07.2024 (Annexure P-8) with the respondent. Their grievance at Anju Goel 2024.10.16 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Mr. Ahuja submits that University has constituted a Three Member Committee to ascertain the contents of complaint filed by the petitioners. He further submits that the competent authority would look into representation of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order within three weeks from today.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of.
