(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Kapurthala to Panchkula. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he shall withdraw the petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 10 of the Act from the court at Kapurthala, on the next date of hearing and would not be inclined to file a similar application again. In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
