Status report by way of affidavit Ajaib Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ellenabad, District Sirsa has been filed by the respondent-State which is taken on record. Copy has been supplied, as per which the daughter of the petitioner has been since recovered on 15.01.2024 and she refused her medical examination. Statement of prosecutrix has already been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and further investigation is in process.

In view of the submissions as made in the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.
