Since in the connected RSA No.5553 of 2016 titled as 'Jaspreet Singh vs. Balwant Singh and others', this Court has held the plaintiff entitled for alternate relief of recovery of money, the present appeal whereby plaintiff was granted decree of permanent injunction against the vendor/owner, is allowed. Decree of permanent injunction passed against the appellant, is ordered to be set aside.
