On 12.08.2024, the following order was passed:- "There is no representation on behalf of the appellants or the respondents. At the same me, it is noticed that matter was lastly listed for the effective hearing on 12.09.2019 and today, it has been listed after a long interregnum. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 23.10.2024. Intimation to both the counsel be sent through e- ail as well as on their respective mobile numbers." 2.

Despite intimation, learned counsel for the parties did not come forward to attend the hearing of the case.

Hence, this Court is left with no choice but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
