Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length prays for withdrawal of the present petition, in light of the averment made by learned State counsel that the complainant has leveled serious allegations against the petitioner and one of his relative, and the authorities are looking into the same.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 3.
