-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2014. On 08.12.2015 the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, vide order dated 21.12.2015 the appeal was allowed to be restored to its original number and notice of motion was issued for 30.05.2016. Notice could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee. On 07.05.2018 the counsel for the appellant was directed to file the process fee within a period of two weeks' and on needful being done, notice was to be issued to the respondents for 17.09.2018. Yet again, the process fee was not filed and notice could not be issued to the respondents. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant nor any steps have been taken for service of the respondents. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
