**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Parties are not in dispute that the matter stands compromised between the parties and they are bound by the terms of compromise deed dated 22.03.2018 (Annexure A-1).

On 22.03.2018, the parties took time to comply with the conditions of the compromise/settlement.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant has handed over a demand draft bearing No. 534326 dated 21.05.2018 amounting to Rs.10,00,000/- in the name of Gurdial Sharma and demand draft No. 534325 dated 21.05.2018 amounting to Rs.95,00,000/- in the name of Jatinder Kumar Sangari. Jatinder Kumari Sangari is present in the Court and has accepted the draft on behalf of him as well as respondent No. 1.

In view of the above factual position, the appeal stands allowed and the judgment and decree is modified in terms of the compromise deed/settlement Gaurav Arora 2018.05.31 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
