(Oral) This is a petition seeking transfer of proceedings initiated by husband-respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, (for short 'the Act') from the court at Sangrur to Ambala. It is urged before the court that proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are already pending at Ambala. Applicant has to look after 11 months' child. Besides, she is dependent upon parents. Thus, it would be difficult for the applicant-wife to effectively defend the proceedings at Sangrur.

Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that proceedings under Section 13 of the Act at Sangrur be transferred to a court of co-ordinate jurisdiction at Ambala. The petition is allowed in these terms.
