Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 09.10.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 02 months and 26 days.

After arguing for some time when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
