 It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that as per the Samanvaya Portal there are as many as 76 complaints, including the present FIR, received with respect to the account which is involved in the present case with a total financial fraud to the tune of Rs.1,66,08,733/-. Faced with the above, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the instant petition and seeks withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
