(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider case of petitioners and decide the legal notice dated 04.09.2019 and 3.10.2019 (Annexure P-6 and P-8 respectively) in terms of Annexure P-3 by passing a speaking order within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director General, School Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider legal notice dated 04.09.2019 and 3.10.2019 (Annexure P-6 and P-8 respectively) in terms of Annexure P-3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
