-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.20 dated 17.9.2022 registered under Sections 306 IPC at Police Station GRP, Faridkot District Faridkot.

The allegations in nut-shell are that deceased Hardeep Singh was husband of the petitioner and he committed suicide by jumping in front of the running train. As per the prosecution version the petitioner and inlaws of the deceased were persistently harassing him and compelled the deceased to commit suicide and before ending his life the deceased sent GAURAV SOROT 2023.01.25 15:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-51490-2022 WatsApp message on the mobile of son of the complainant wherein also he help his wife and in-laws responsible for his death. On the last date of hearing detailed order was passed by this Court while granting interim bail to the petitioner with further direction to join investigation with the police.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in compliance of the aforesaid order passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from SI Yash Pal Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation and on completion of investigation, challan has been presented in the Court concerned by the police.

It is a matter of evidence as to whether the petitioner was having any intention that her husband should end his life by committing suicide. Further the petitioner is not required by the police for any more investigation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 10.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
