Learned State counsel submits that the impugned order declaring the petitioner as a "Proclaimed Offender", was passed on 18.05.2023 and subsequent thereto, the petitioner was arrested on 16.06.2023, as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact that subsequent to the passing of the order declaring the petitioner as a "Proclaimed Offender", the petitioner was arrested on 16.06.2023. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
