This is the second petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of him being granted the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.68 dated 25.06.2022, under Sections 379, 353, 186, 34 of the IPC, and, Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals Act, registered at P.S. Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural.

Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-61164-2022, wherein, he had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide detailed order dated 06.02.2023. 3.

Since there is no change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed being non maintainable.
