******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of charge sheet dated 13.11.2018 filed in FIR No.173 dated 03.09.2017 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel has raised an objection that the petitioner has filed this petition after a gap of four years and in the intervening period, the trial has commenced and three prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
