The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.119 dated 14.04.2025, under Sections 140 (3), 308 (5), 61 (2), 351 (3) and 111 of BNS registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2025. He is a young man of 22 years. If he remains behind the bars he will come into association of the hard core criminal. Co-accused namely Manish, Pawan and Naveen have already been released on bail.

Mr. Arun Kumar Gujjar, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepted notice on behalf of respondent-State and vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel submitted that two other cases are also pending against the present petitioner. He has filed his custody certificate, which is taken on record. Keeping in view the fact that in the present case, the investigation has already been completed; report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been filed; the trial will take time to conclude and co-accused are on bail, this Court deems it a fit case to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed.
